Because of my love for finding the best and most profitable side hustles, I started my blog Arts and Budgets, in 2016 to help creative people find more ways to earn money while still pursuing their artistic dreams.
At that time, I was pregnant with my first child and wanted nothing more than to stay at home with him, so my husband and I decided that I would do that and create a side business.
In 2017 after I had been at it for a year, I started monetizing my blog, and in May, I earned my first paycheck. Soon after that, I turned Arts and Budgets into an actual business by incorporating it into an LLC that July.
Since then, I have been able to turn my side hustle into a profitable business, and just recently, I hit 6-figures earned within’ 9 months this year.
Today, Arts and Budgets get over 100,000 monthly pageviews, has over 100,000 followers on social media, and has helped me reach one of my financial goals this year which was to pay off over $35k of debt.
